Mudeford Phoenix Under 11s Celebrate Gold Award Success

Our Mudeford Phoenix Under 11s enjoyed a fantastic day on Sunday as they attended the Hampshire Girls Youth Football League Presentation at the Utilita Bowl Hilton Hotel in Hedge End.

The team were proudly presented with the Gold Award in recognition of their league participation during the season, marking a wonderful achievement for the squad and a fitting reward for all of their hard work, commitment and enthusiasm throughout the year.

The presentation event provided a memorable occasion for the players and their families, celebrating not only success on the pitch but also the spirit and enjoyment that grassroots football brings.

Head Coach Drew Underwood reflected on the day with pride, saying:

“Thanks to everyone who came along today. I hope the girls enjoyed their league winners’ awards. The trophy will go on display in Frank’s Hut at our home pitch so everyone will see it proudly displayed.

The club would like to thank all of the players, parents and supporters who have contributed to another successful season. The dedication shown by everyone involved has helped create lasting memories and continues to make Mudeford Phoenix a special place for girls’ football.

Congratulations once again to our Under 11s on receiving their Gold Award. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and look forward to seeing them continue to grow and thrive in the seasons ahead.
