1. Purpose of WhatsApp Groups: The Club uses WhatsApp groups to share important information about matches, events, training, and other football-related matters.

2. Types of Data Collected: The Club may collect and process the following personal data:

   • Name

   • Phone number

3. Data Processing: Your personal data will be used exclusively for communication related to the Club's activities. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

4. Data Retention: Your personal data will be retained for as long as you are a member of the Club's WhatsApp groups or until you revoke your consent.

5. Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by leaving the WhatsApp group. Additionally, you can contact us at stuphoenix61@gmail.com to request the removal of your personal data from our records.

6. 6. WhatsApp use: Messages on WhatsApp may be removed if deemed to be inappropriate or in contradiction to club rules and policies. Members of groups may be removed if they are deemed to be in breach of the agreement. WhatsApp groups are to be used exclusively for people aged 16 years plus.
